How do people manufacture module homes? and where can I learn to manufacture them in the US?

I would like to start manufacturing module homes for off-site construction but I cannot find any information on where I could learn the techniques here in the US. I found lots of places in Australia and England but not here. Can anybody give me some info on that? How do people manufacture module homes? and where can I learn to manufacture them in the US?
