My style is comfortable contemporary, nothing stark. I buy from Ethan Allan type stores and both price and quality are important to me. I have purchased accessory furnishing pieces and general accessories from all types of stores as long as they are quality. I buy smaller accessory items on impulse as well as when I am shopping with a definite need in mind. My home is pretty much furnished but in the last two years have purchased a bedroom, formal dining room and executive office set. I don't let the economy dictate what I need as long as I have the money to make the purchase. I have no problem driving whatever distance to get what I need but will take delivery issues and costs into consideration. A shop that shows a unique eye for design in accessories catches my attention. I don't care for the bland over the counter look. A store owner that keeps up with and visits annually the Highpoint, NC furniture shows is one I am looking for. They know the trends and it shows in the store. I am 45 plus and have also worked in the industry. Good luck with your venture.
References :
Check out all your local clubs' websites and if they rent out the place, they will likely say it on their website and give you their contact info. In order to get a list of the clubs in your area, just type "night clubs" on Yahoo local or Yellow Pages for your area and see which have links to their websites.
References :
what state do you live in? that's important information to know in order to determine what percent, if any, you will be taxed for capital gains. from my experience as a real estate office manager/agent, you have to have lived on the property, as your PRIMARY RESIDENCE, for 2 of the last 5 years (do not have to be consecutive years) in order to avoid paying capital gains. otherwise, you will be paying capital gains on the property. email me if you have any other questions. hope this helps!
References :
1) What style of furniture do you *actually* buy for your home?
Neither. Modern or contemporary furnishings, and that's whats really popular now too.

2) Where do you normally go to first to buy your furniture?
f. walmart or target for little furnishings. I have yet to buy large furniture such as an entire living room set.

2) what's more important to you?
It depends on how much money I have at the time and how badly I need something. I try to go for quality and will save up for something nice.

3) Are you a sucker for impulse buys? (ie little decorations for your home?
Yes, but only if I know I will want it for a while.

4) During this "recession" has it curbed your spending habits when it comes to your home?
B.

5) how far are you willing to drive to go to a store that you love?
A.

Age 19-25
References :
no problem.

SIM University forbides any ways to cheat and palagiarism!

Cheating
Cheating or attempting to cheat or attempt to cheat at or in respect of
any examination, test, assignment or any other means of assessment
conducted by or on behalf of the Institute. Cheating, in this context,
includes plagiarism.

Plagiarism / Collusion
Plagiarism is theft of intellectual property. Students are reminded that
plagiarism is a serious offence subject to the Institute’s disciplinary
procedures.
Plagiarism can mean any of the following:
• direct copying of phrases and/or passages without a reference
and/or quotation marks;
• paraphrasing another writer’s work in your written work without
citing the reference;
• making a direct reference to an author you have not read although
you may have read about him. The correct way is to reference the
secondary source you have actually read rather than referencing the
original which you have not read;
• copying the work of another student, in part or in whole;
• handing in written work that has already been submitted for
assessment in another course.
Please note that it is also a disciplinary offence for students to allow
their work to be plagiarised by another student
References :
https://www6.sim.edu.sg/sim/upl/oth/nws/47973_090324144358.pdf
